Defense Information Systems Agency(DISA): Requirements Analysis Office (RAO)

The DISA RAO reviews and defines requirements and provides recommendations for implementing new services and capabilities in the areas of Cybersecurity, Network, Command and Control, Mobility, and other Cloud Computing systems by working with the agency’s senior leadership, program management offices, and mission partners.

Honovee developed and validated capability requirements, performed requirements quality assurance, established management requirements processes and tools, and created and delivered institutionalized training to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Requirements Analysis Office (RAO) to establish and promote adherence to requirements management techniques, tools, and processes. Honovee has expertise in planning, analyzing, and leading the technical direction for new and existing systems using the Department of Defense’s Architectural Framework (DoDAF). Honovee is also experienced in providing business process re-engineering to enhance the agency’s end to end IT Portfolio Management processes.
